Cancellation Policy By booking an appointment, you agree to the following: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or canceled, and cancellation fees may apply. • A valid credit/debit card may be required to reserve appointments. • Emergencies and severe illness will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. Travel Policy Appointments include travel within our standard 30-minute service area. Appointments outside this area are subject to an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and approved before your appointment.
